What is 'BitcoinOptions.com' about?
BitcoinOptions.com ("BO") brings you customised strategies targeting the future price of:
8 major real crypto prices, and
8 virtual/synthetic crypto assets.
These limited-risk, turbo-charged strategies enable those traders with the ability and foresight to trade 'noise' based both on price direction and volatility.
What’s Going On Here?
Level Playing Field
Real Assets: The real crypto assets prices, e.g. Bitcoin, are generated from a basket of exchanges. The exchanges and weightings that form the basket are withheld. Why? Because unscrupulous traders will build bots that influence prices. This is bad for both BO and those traders who are just trading the prices 'as seen', i.e. everybody apart from the guys writing the bots.
Virtual Assets: The virtual/synthetic crypto prices are generated every second through the application of a price formula used by quants in financial markets; this formula incorporates both a volatility input plus a PRNG. Since the server itself does not know what price it will spit out in a second's time there is no possibility of either BO or any trader knowing the immediate direction of the next trade.
Two-sided Prices: The trader also benefits from the two-sided prices on offer, e.g. will the price be above or below the target, within or outside of the two straddling target levels, etc.. For real and virtual assets this two-sided price gives the canny traders the ability to take advantage of mis-priced bets, and BO will mis-price bets at times.
Sharper Odds
Since the virtual prices generated by BO are random number generated the market risk to the BO is to a great extent alleviated. The BO is not at risk of a player manipulating the asset price or having ‘insider’ knowledge of the asset.
This means that BO has a higher quality of earnings which it can share with the player. The house can offer much higher returns to the player so that you will see the ‘Pump’ and ‘Dump’ offering returns more akin to the red and black returns on a roulette wheel.
The reduced risk in running the ‘book’ will be shared with the players by way of more attractive returns.
Bankroll (coming soon)
If a player still does not believe that the Bitcoin Options is being fair and that the client is being ‘stitched up’ then they can deposit money into the Bankroller and subsequently participate in the share-out of the profits (and losses) on a pro rata basis.
